College Early & Often Entrepreneurship Workshop

  • West Oakland Library 1801 Adeline Street Oakland, California, 94607 United States (map)

Summer break is a great time for families to spend time together and help students explore their ideas, interests, and future possibilities.

This summer, GO Public Schools invites K-12 families to join us for a free College Early & Often Entrepreneurship Workshop on June 22 from 2:30PM – 4PM at the West Oakland Library.

This hands-on workshop is designed for students and families to participate together. Families will work side by side to build a business idea from the ground up — naming it, thinking through costs and profit, and exploring leadership and creativity along the way.

Students get to see themselves as problem-solvers and innovators, while adults gain tools to nurture those skills at home.

RSVP for Summer Entrepreneurship Workshop

This workshop is part of GO’s College Early & Often series, which helps families start college and career conversations early through age-appropriate, family-friendly programming. Summer break offers a low-pressure moment to begin those conversations and help students explore what they are curious about, what they enjoy, and what they may want to build, create, or lead in the future.
